A topic that has been circling around me lately, not about my usual topics of discussion, but is about health, nutrition and weight loss.
Seriously, too many people eat too much sugar. They don't use it, the body doesn’t burn it, and it turns straight to fat. Cokes (or other sodas) have so much sugar in them and many people suck down exorbitant amounts of these carbonated beverages a day.
What happened to moderation? You can eat anything that you want so long as you keep a portion on it.
