First and foremost I enjoy writing with someone who provides well written detail but not overzealous and supercilious description. I love reading character development and inner thoughts, descriptions of the surroundings and the sounds that people make. Clearing throats, boards squeaking under heavy boots with thick soles. The sound of clothing rustling as they move about.
I don't care so much about how green leaves are this year in comparison to last year. Describing the color of the leaves is fine.
